Your responsibilities
- Maintain and update product master data across different systems and portals
- Prepare and manage product information, listings, and documents
- Coordinate product-related processes with internal teams (R&D, purchasing, logistics)
- Support product launches from an operational perspective
- Ensure data quality and consistency across all channels
- Handle day-to-day product-related administrative tasks
- Support communication with retail partners when needed
- Keep track of deadlines, changes, and product updates

Your profile
- Completed commercial training (e.g. apprenticeship) or comparable practical experience
- Experience in a structured, administrative, or operational role
- Careful, reliable, and detail-oriented working style
- Comfortable working with systems, data, and processes
- Hands-on mentality and a strong sense of responsibility
- Team-oriented and dependable personality
- Fluent English skills and fluent German
